Below you will find a recap of what you can expect from your web maintenance plan:
- My role as your project manager is to make website updates as easy as possible for you
- You can send me any website requests you have at any time and I will work with my team to get those implemented for you
- Your maintenance hours refill monthly, and any unused hours rollover to the next month
- Normal turnaround times for support tasks range from 3-7 business days
- Any large projects that do not fit within your monthly hours will be quoted out as a separate change order

This is our Action Item Planning Sheet, which is used as our master planning document to: organize all requests, prioritize which action items are most important, as well as keep track of what is complete vs. what yet to be completed. This sheet will be extremely helpful in keeping both our teams on the same page in terms of what needs to be accomplished and when.
You do not need to worry about maintaining this sheet, I will add new items and update the statuses accordingly.
