This client has requested their first piece of Brand Voice Copy, and the action steps needed are outlined below!
(@PMs of the paused project - WRITING AND EDITING), please:
- PAUSE any Brand Voice tagged projects, including this one: (link to the BRAND VOICE 1st Request to-do)
- Keep all other copy projects moving! No need to pause any other projects.
(((@@ Team Member Running the call))), please complete these steps!
- Email the IM on the account requesting they schedule a call with the client, using this Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/YYsgBN3C

- Go into your Google Calendar, and set a reminder for 2 weeks out. If the IM still has not responded to you at this point, reply to your original email with this Pastebin ( https://pastebin.com/BXArBryQ ), and log that you did so on the CCW TWFX thread
- Go to the Brand Voice folder in our team G-drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1IhZjvG-Kq88OYW7aWIRt-11NSRv6UGwW
- Navigate to the "0 - Templates" folder
- Make a copy of the Brand Voice Workshop Questionnaire template, and title it “[CLIENT NAME] - Brand Voice Workshop Questionnaire”
- Save the file to the "Brand Voice: Client Questionnaires" folder (which is also in the Brand Voice folder in our team G-drive).
- Comment on this CCW thread with the link to the client's questionnaire!
- When the IM schedules the call, accept the invite and comment on this CCW thread confirming the date and time of the call.
- In prep for the call, PLEASE NOTE that you'll want to track down 2 potential tonal examples on the client's site, to offer during this section of the call: https://webpagefx.mangoapps.com/msc/MTExMTc3MF8xMTE4NDU1Mg
- Lead the interview call, walking the client through the Brand Voice Workshop. You can fill the answers in directly into the Google doc.
- After the call, comment on this CCW thread confirming the call is finished. Include the link to the client's questionnaire again!
