[Overall, the flow of these mentorship meetup calls is flexible depending on the mentor's personal communication style, the learner's communication style, and the rapport between the mentor and learner. The template below gives you an idea of the overall flow of the call, but you have total flexibility!]
 1) Intro -- Empower and get the mentor pumped up about completed the most recent part of the certification program. 
 2) Start by asking them questions -- Before you get into positive praise and growth opps, ask them: How did the Seismic training go? How did you feel about this dive? Feeling confident overall, or were there some areas of confusion?
 3) Praise -- Here's what you did really well and why!
 4) Growth opps -- I did see some areas that I wanted to chat through and just offer my two cents! Mentor can opt to share their screen at this stage to make it easier to discuss the points with learner.
 5) Closing -- Get learner excited to tackle the next stage of training
