Here’s how to get started on this project:
Go to the Informational Content for WebpageFX Properties Sheet and click on the TeamAI Projects Tab to add updated information.

Add your name to the Writer column.

Make sure you make a copy of this template in your personal drive!
After downloading the template to your drive, make the following modifications to the document:
Change the title of the document to the title of the post.
Add the month and year where it says “Proof” in the document.
Replace “Client Name or URL” with “TeamAI Content”.
Put topic/keyword next to the Keywords section.
Once you have completed your TeamAI Content, do the following:
Once you are done with the TeamAI content and you are ready to submit, please move the content to the TeamAI Content folder in Google Drive.

Make sure the permissions to your content are updates so that anyone with the link can edit the content.
Go back to the Informational Content for WebpageFX Properties and into the TeamAI Projects Tab.
Change the status in the status column to “In Editing”.
Manually move the to-do to the Ready for Editing–Sales Copy for editing.
