I do a monthly review of all Interactive time to confirm billable time as needed.
I saw that CH Reed has a time entry listed as "Website Maintenance" but I did not see that this client had any website maintenance plan. So I marked that time as billable.
 If you think a refund is needed here, your coach would have to approve that.
