Hello!
These messages from WordPress come from their "fatal error detection system". A fatal error is a critical issue that prevents a site from functioning properly, and in a worst case scenario, can result in the site becoming inaccessible.
This notification is meant to alert the site owner/administrator about the problem so they can take appropriate action to address it.
While the term "fatal error" certainly sounds alarming, it's important to note that this doesn't mean the site is actually in immediate danger, experiencing downtime or even actually experiencing broken functionality for users. Often times, this can be related to when plugins or themes are updated - as an error message can be thrown during the updates unless the one running the updates specifically turns them off. It's also common for caching systems to throw false positives.
Most of the time, these alerts simply warrant checking out that the site is still stable on the front end/accessible and that no major features appear to be broken. If you do see something that seems concerning, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can certainly dig into it.
