 Since the PlayStation 3 is no longer a console that is supported, and certain lower end CPUs have been marked as unsupported, it would be possible to update the Limsa Lominsa Command Room, where Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn's office is. Making the water actual water, and update the background to be more in line with what the NPC would actually see outside her window.
