As per the Gantt Chart and section/page layout [***INSERT CONTENT TYPE] being ready I have: 
- Set up an example page [**INSERT PAGE LAYOUT EXAMPLE YOU SET UP]
- Assigned out the Content Integration [***LINK TO TASK(S)/BATCHES FOR THIS PAGE LAYOUT TYPE]
 NEXT STEPS:
- This content is expected to be complete by the content integration complete milestone date [**INSERT DATE HERE] & I will keep you in the loop RE progress 
- As soon as the other sections are ready I will notify you 
 ACTION: 
- If there is any feedback/updates to the example page I created for this page layout please let me know ASAP so that I can apply changes before the content integration team starts integrating content using the example.

- Once all content is integrated & finalized I will notify you on this thread.
