SUBJECT: Kickoff recap / Website logins [Action needed]
 Hello xxxxxxx 
It was great meeting you today! I'm looking forward to diving into your Gold Web Maintenance plan. 
 As a reminder, we need access to your current website accounts to kick off the project. As soon as we receive these logins, we will do a thorough review to ensure we are setup for success for the future! Getting these accounts upfront also means we will be able to jump into any account we need to, immediately, should any problems arise.

 Below you will find a recap of our kickoff call today:
 - My role as your project manager is to provide you with 360 degree website support and give you with peace of mind
- You can send me any website requests you have at any time and I will get those implemented for you
- Your maintenance hours refill monthly, and any unused hours rollover to the next month
- Part of your monthly hours will be used for ongoing testing and monitoring of the site and I will provide monthly reports with this data
- I will create a initial action plan to understand how your monthly hours will be used. This action plan is meant to be very flexible, as we know unexpected things come up and we want to be prepared for that.
- Normal turnaround times for support tasks range from 3-7 business days
- Any large projects that do not fit within your monthly hours will be quoted out as a separate change order
