  We are running low on our website maintenance hours. 
Our current balance for the month is : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
You plan includes xxxxxxxxx hrs a month, and this refills on the first of each month.
Our web maintenance plans do allow you to pull hrs from up to 1 month in the future, without having to utilize billable hours. With that said, we just need to keep in mind that would mean starting with fewer hours next month.
 So we have some options here; 1) we can use next month's hours to continue with our planned tasks for this month, 2) we can postpone some work until next month, 3) or we can utilize some billable hours to get us through this month in order to start fresh next month.
