We do not allow monthly rollover for a few reasons... one is that our accounting system does not have a way of notating the hours balance for the next month, so manually tracking this can get very messy.
Additionally, we understand that it can be hard to anticipate your maintenance needs from month to month. So using up hours in advance could turn into a never-ending cycle of always pulling from the next month. In other words, using hours next month to cover this month's overages is most likely just going to put you over next month, so either way you have an overage.
Additionally, we do try to be as flexible as possible with our clients. For example: if a client with a 3 hour plan ends up using 3 hours and 15 min one month, we will most likely just write off that extra 15 min, and not bill them extra for it. However that is why we cannot allow monthly hours to rollover, because eventually those minutes would add up to be a significant amount.
