Below is a overview of how the Gold WM plan works so you know what to expect from me:
 -There is a set of steps done by the PM to test/review the site on a ongoing basis - the goal is to uncover potential issues, as well as ongoing opportunities for improvement
-PM then comes up with a strategy of what action items need to be completed in what priority
-Those items are completed using assets from the client’s monthly balance
-Assets do roll over from month to month (this provides flexibility if one month is much busier than another month)  
-WM Assets are separate from IM assets, giving the client more opportunities. The PM has their own FuelFX account to track WM assets 
-Main monthly deliverables include: broken link scan (if I am not sure what to do with these I will loop you in), spelling scan, full site UX audit, quarterly security patches, speed/performance checks, reporting sent to client and more
-I will copy you on my communication so you are in the loop. I ask that you also copy me on yours to ensure that we are all on the same page with strategy. Knowing what your plans are will help me make the best WM decisions for the client. Never be worried about sending me too much, I'd rather be looped in. But if there is something you specifically need action on please do specifically call me out.
-If there are things you would like to do that require design/development work but don't have the FuelFX assets for- we can certainly coordinate and use WM assets if available.
