Subject: Product Data Collection Plan

It is time to begin collecting the product data that should be included on the new website! Product data collection can be a large time investment so we want to get started on it as soon as possible in our project process.

It is very important that the data is formatted in the same way as the example products added at the top of the sheet so that the import to Shopify is successful. On the "Column Title Descriptions" tab, you will find an explanation of what content is needed for each column on the sheet.
Our project includes one product import, so it is important that all of the product data is collected prior to completing the website build. It will be very easy to add new products within Shopify when the site is built, so if there are products that aren't ready by the build - that's okay! They can be added directly within Shopify after our training session.
We want to help make the process as easy as possible, I would love to hop on a call together to walk through the product spreadsheet. Please take a few moments to read through the sheet and let me know if any of the following times will work for our call:
