 During the redesign, your team wanted to test out two different events plugins to see which one was more useful: "Event Espresso" or "The Events Calendar"
 All redesign contracts state that plugin costs are the responsibility of the client, but we wanted to help make the decision a little easier, so we offered to pay the initial licensing fee for one of the plugins and test out both on the staging site. The plan was to choose a favorite, make sure the account was safely under NTS, and cancel the plugin account that wasn't the right fit.  
 WebFX set up the initial account for "The Events Calendar," and your team set up the account for "Event Espresso." "The Events Calendar" is the plugin that worked out better and is powering the events on the site currently, however, the plugin account was never switched over to your name. There is an annual subscription cost ($89) to access plugin updates which are still being charged to a WebFX credit card. I just saw the invoice for 2019 which reminded me to check in about updating the account!

 We don't need any payment for the initial fees we covered, we just want to make sure the account is safely in your name moving forward so you have full ownership of your website, including all files and license keys. The WebFX card expiration date is also coming up next year, so I do not want to see any lapse in the plugin functionality accidentally.
