 My name is Barr. Bennett Paul, I am a solicitor with Bennett Paul LLP. There is an unclaimed “permanent life insurance policy” held by our deceased client.
 The policy holder was one of our clients, late Mr. Hans Schmidt, who secured this Life Insurance through us, but unfortunately died in a fatal accident here in Toronto Canada about 12 years ago. Since his death all our efforts to locate his relatives have proved unsuccessful.
 However, the Insurance Policy contract stipulates that “insured permanent policies" not claimed must be turned over to the abandoned property division of the state after 12 years. Hence the reason I am contacting you after carrying out proper background check and cross-referencing. I am convinced that you are trust worthy and reliable person to take care of project of this volume, hoping that you will not betray the trust and confidence I have bestowed on you.
 We could pursue this claim instead of allowing this estate to be confiscated and donate this fund to charity instead.
 Believing that you will revert to me for further details.
 Your earliest response to this matter would be highly appreciated.
