Character is using memory editing / etc. to change their sitting pose to being on a seat rather than on the ground while sitting on the awning struts above the gridanian aetheryte plaza. As far as I am aware, the struts don't count as seats, and thus shouldn't allow player characters to hang their legs off the edge as if they were sitting on a seat.
