Our Bronze WM plan typically does not include a dedicated PM, however we do assign one if we feel the extra layer of management would be beneficial to you. A PM would provide enhanced communication, increased transparency on the work being done, real-time updates on your available hours, more detailed task specifications, and additional quality assurance during site updates. With this added oversight, tasks will likely be completed more efficiently, with fewer revisions, potentially reducing overall project time.
It’s important to note that the PM’s time will count towards your hours balance, just as the developers or designers, so you may see a slight increase in total hours used. However, the value added in terms of smoother processes and fewer revisions often outweighs this.
