 Please consider adding a permit exchange item (for cowries/etc. or specific items gatherable on the island) to allow hiring of an NPC that allows players to see weather forecasts on the Island Sanctuary. The NPC may have their race chosen from any of the player races and genders for said races (IE: Viera Female), a moogle, or a mammet. Only one would be able to be placed in an Island Sanctuary at a time, and they cannot be placed in housing wards.
